A two-bedroom house of teak, river stone and light, wrapped around a long pool that ends where the jungle begins.
Suarga is the larger of the two houses. Mornings arrive slowly here: mist over the palms, the first offering placed at the shrine, breakfast carried out to the pool deck. The living pavilion has no walls, so the valley is always in the room. Evenings are for the daybed under the alang-alang roof, with the cicadas taking over from the birds.
