A few simple things so your stay, our team and our neighbours are all looked after.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.
- Airport transfer can be arranged on request.
Staying with us
- No parties or events without prior approval.
- No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted in the garden.
- Quiet hours from 22:00 out of respect for our neighbours.
- Children are welcome; the pools are not fenced.
- Pets by prior arrangement only.
Payment & cancellation
- Booking requests are confirmed by us before any payment.
- A deposit secures the dates; the balance is due on arrival.
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
